At our Hair Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Unique Styles By Daisy experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
Need to Cancel?
What You Need to Know
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee in addition to your deposit being forfeited.
Late Arrivals
Inform Us in Advance
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
Travel Policies
Giving You the Best Experience
When booking locations & prices may varies. A required travel fee starting from $45 - $100 with be added to all traveling appointments. The Traveling Fee = set up & break down fee. Please, Contact me before booking travel appointments!
For traveling styles you would have to wash your own hair! And be clean from anything on the scalp or hair! If hair is not clean, I will not do it!
Fyi ! Let me know when you're booking if you are allergic to anything as well as if hair needs to be cleansed before use!
